INITIAL PROCEDURES (COMPLIANCE)

Forward LOI (Letter of Intent to Purchase) containing preliminary information: 

-Identification of the purchasing company, or legal representative company

-Identification/technical specification of the commodity 

-Target price US$/MT (per metric ton)

-Contract: 12 (twelve) months, or spot operation: 1 (one) month 

-Quantity: Determine volume/month and total volume/year 

-Packing: Big Bag, container, bulk, bags, gallons, boxes, etc. 

-Modal/INCOTERMS 2020: CIF, FOB, FAS, EXW... 

-Country and Port of destination 

-TOP 25/50 Bank (Identify the Bank) 

-Financial Instrument: Payment Method Bank Guarantee (SBLC/DLC/ARDLC...) Transferable, operative, divisible, irrevocable, confirmed
